The Tri-College Film Library, which has served MSUM, Concordia, and NDSU for over 30 years, will close December 15, 2009 as a result of a budgetary decision by the Tri-College Commissioners, approved by the TCU Board in Spring, 2009.

Film Library materials–in both DVD and VHS formats–are being distributed among the three institutions based upon usage. Most titles will be included in the institutions’ online catalogs and available for circulation by January 20, 2010.

NDSU faculty can continue to make use of the NDSU Libraries’ interlibrary loan service to request films not available at NDSU. Please contact your subject librarian to discuss the possible purchase of films of sufficient interest not held by NDSU or the Tri-College.

Should you anticipate needing a film over semester break, please contact your subject librarian prior to December 15th.
