Two photographs are found in the Institute for Regional Studies collection (Folio 82) with imprint, “Photographed by Lovell, Fargo, D.T.” The second image also includes “Jamestown, D.T.” A John S. Lovell is listed as a photographer in Jamestown, N.D. in 1884. He does not appear on the 1885 Dakota Territory census. Nothing
