Apple Schnaps
From Jerry Larson, Lamoure, North Dakota, came another Apple Schnaps
version using Vodka
Apple Schnaps:
Fill a gallon jug with crab apples. pour in 2 cups of white sugar.
Shake once a day
for two weeks. The mixture should
be mostly liquid. At that point, run the mixture through a seive.
Add 1 liter of
vodka to the liguid.
