Thanksgiving Traditions
From Don B. Dale
I remember everyone going to Grandmom and Grandad
Brack's home in Wichita for the holiday (Ben F. and Marie Brack).
There were a lot of grandkids running around; but the fondest memory
was a special meat pie Grandmom made which I've never had since.
Believe it was called Bierroc or something close to that. A pastry
shell that would melt in your mouth and in was filled with meat,
also cabbage and other things. Have no idea how she did it. recall
it took more than one day and would love to have the receipe for
it....anyone familiar with this meat pie?
