KRIM-GR: Crimean Germans from Russia Heritage Electronic
Discussion Group
An electronic mail list for subscribers who are interested in
Germans from Russia research and family research oriented specifically
to Crimea (Krim) today in Ukraine.
KRIM-GR provides another means of discussion and communication
for person interested specifically in Crimean Germans from Russia
research. The focus is on the Crimean Peninsula Germans and Swiss
colonies. The purpose is to share historical, surname, cultural
and other information on these colonies and to help people whose
ancestors lived in the Crimean colonies find information and sources
on the Crimea, the colonies, and the colonists.
Guidelines for sending messages:
- The KRIM-GR, self-moderated, open-subscription electronic mail
list provides a means of communication for persons interested
in the genealogy, history, culture, and folklore of the Germans
from Russia.
- Subscribers are expected to use restraint when replying, avoiding
unsupported critical statements, unacceptable language, non-related
information, and attacks on individuals.
- When you wish to subscribe or unsubscribe at this mail list,
please follow instructions at How to subscribe and at
Other information. A message requesting to subscribe or unsubscribe
should not be sent to the complete mail list! If you have difficulty
to subscribe or unsubscribe, send a direct e-mail message to:

or to GR-GENEALOGY. Carefully review the Possible topics
for each of the mail lists.

or are on vacation.
- Please send any e-mail messages to the mail list only in plain
text form. Do not send messages in HTML which creates problems
