Message from the Dean

Welcome to the North Dakota State University Libraries

The NDSU Libraries serve the information and research needs of the students, faculty and staff of North Dakota State University.  Many of our services are accessible online, making them available to you virtually, independent of time or place.

As the academic year begins, we continue to enhance our website, journal lists, and online catalog, all designed to make your information discovery more intuitive and transparent.  We are also debuting a new online order form allowing you to arrange free pdf delivery via email of older journal articles housed in our storage Annex.  See our news page for further details.  I invite your comments on these and other services as we strive to support you in your academic endeavors.

So explore the Libraries virtually from anywhere, including your residence hall, home or office.  Visit us in person at the Main Library or at our branches or other locations (including the new Barry Hall Library, scheduled to open in October).  Schedule a research session with one of the subject librarians, or ask a question at our reference desks or through email.  And take advantage of our interlibrary loan services, making resources available to you that we do not currently own at NDSU.

Please contact me if you have questions or ideas on how we can better support your learning, teaching and research.

Have a great semester!  And continue to look for more offerings from us in the coming months.
