On occasion the GRHC will enter into a Permission to Copy agreement in which the Permission to Copy form will be used. This form/ agreement states that the GRHC will accept materials, like photographs, on loan for a determined period of time. Once the Permission to Copy form is signed by the donor, the GRHC has the authority to copy the items and retain those copies, which will be done. The GRHC may also put the copied items on its website. Once the copying process is completed, the donor will be notified by the GRHC and the original materials will be returned back to the donor by a means determined between the donor and the GRHC. If you would like to enter into a Permission to Copy agreement with the GRHC, please print and fill out this form and return it to the GRHC. |
