Description: Salmonellosis is a disease caused by the bacteria of the genus Salmonella. These are able to to affect all species of domesticated animals and fowl in North Dakota. The genus Salmonella has over 1,00 different serotypes, all of which are potential pathogens. There foci on animals and/or humans varies. The method of transfer between organisms is cited. The frequency of the number of herds affected by S. dublin to increase was forecast by the authors.
