Description: The article uses mathematical, regression equations to display changes in the climate over time. This article makes of this mathematical model for the evaporation-transpiration, evapotransporation of the yield relationships of Spring wheat in North Dakota. The article addresses confounding variables in these equations such asa growing season the weather conditions are poor but by the end, they have improved. This article attempts to avoid this by basing equations upon historical patterns. The final conclusion was based upon findings of Fargo and Williston, North Dakota, with adjustments made upon differing normal weather patterns and conditions for each. The data show that the slope of the yield-evapotranpiration curve about doubled from 1943-83.
