Title: Effect of Plant Density on Grain Sorghum Production in North Dakota
Author: Gardner, J.C.; Schnieter, A.A.; Schatz, B.G.
Description: Grain sorghum is of limited, growing season in North Dakota. North Dakota has a short growing season for sorghum. Yields could be increased by the development of hybrids able to withstand both lower temperatures and low rainfall. Determining the optimum plant density and row size can increase yields. At this writing, it was suggested that grain sorghum be planted at greater densities.
