dc.description The weed leafy spurge and it's difficulty in controlling and it's negative economic impact are discussed. Cattle do not like the taste of it. In 1987, 1.2 million of North Dakota's 13.2 million untilled acres were infested by it.Leafy spurge spreads quite quickly. Leafy spurge cost North Dakota $212 million dollars annually.
