How to Find Reserves in the Library Catalog

On the library home page under “Library Services” click on “Course Reserves”

Search for reserves by course, department, professor or instructor (The electronic reserves are also available through the two links below)

Either search by course or by instructor:

Type as much or as little of the course name, course number or department as you wish. For example:

  • Busn 450
  • Business
  • Business 450
  • Human Resource Management

Type as much or as little of the professor or instructor name as you wish. For example:

  • Stevens
  • Stevens, Charles

This will bring you to a screen that will show you a grouping of class or classes that fit each search term. Once the class is selected, you can click on the link to get the related information in finding the text or article available on reserve.

***Once the electronic resource link is selected, a username and password box will pop up. The username is the 2-4 letter department abbreviation plus course number. (Ex: busn 450) Your professor or instructor will give you the password. The password is case sensitive

Non-e-reserved materials are available at the circulation desk, this will be noted in the catalog record. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Adams at the Main Library (231-8395).
