Adaptive Technology

  • The Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Handicapped has a mobile app called BARD Mobile. It is a free, web-based service that provides access to thousands of braille and talking books, magazines, and music scores. For more information visit: or call 1888-NLS-READ
