Materials for Class Projects

The business librarian can create webpages, handouts, or videos to direct students to higher quality resources for course projects.

Research Assistance

The business librarian can help you find information available online or using NDSU Libraries resources. These resources may be particularly helpful for putting together a business or marketing plan, as you can find information on industry trends, industry financial ratios, annual revenue for companies within the area in a given industry, area population and demographic information, traffic counts, and more. Contact the business librarian.

Community Cards

NDSU Libraries offers free Library Guest Access Cards, which are good for one year and allow you to check out books and media from NDSU Libraries, including the Business Learning Center. The business librarian or library associate can set up a card for you. Check out materials to help you start up your business, learn business basics, or further your business education.

Workshops

The Business Learning Center also provides free workshops open to the public on topics such as marketing research and finding information for business plans. Contact the business librarian if you are interested in scheduling a workshop or would like to see one offered on a particular topic. Events will be posted on our Facebook page
