Oscar A. Hagen was
born about 1894 in Wisconsin. The Fargo city directories
first show him as a lunch room worker in 1909. Then in
1910, he is listed as the proprietor of the Last Chance Restaurant.
He was married to Gertie, and they had a child named Margaret.
Mr. Hagen is listed
in 1915 and 1916 as a photographer. In 1916 he is in partnership
with Albert Slaten. Thereafter, he is again associated
with restaurant work. In 1932 Gertie is listed as a widow,
so apparently Oscar died sometime around this time.
