Police Department Memorabilia

Shown above are three Fargo Police Department patchs, two older ones, and the current Fargo Police patch in use since 2001.

It wasn't all work for the Police, however, as you can see in the invitation to the right to the Fourth Annual Police Ball in 1902. Chief of Police, F.A. Bowers was the host.

To the right is one of my favorite pieces of Fargo police memorabilia. Back in 1930, the city really treated visitors right. Approved on the back of the card by Chief of Police C.W. Albright, this card allowed a visitor to Fargo to park anywhere (except as noted) without time limit.
