Cass County Annex
The Cass County Annex building is located on the site of the former Fargo Central High School on the city block bounded by Second and Third Avenues South, between 10th and 11th Streets. It was built after Central High burned down in 1966.
The Cass County Juvenile Detention Center is on the south side of the Cass County Annex building. The Center has a capacity of 11 residents, both male and female. It is a short-term holding facility for juveniles between the ages 12 and 17 years of age who are awaiting court hearings or transportation. The center is under the supervision of the Cass County Sheriff's Department.
