FE Exam

Exam overview

The Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is typically the first step in the process leading to the P.E. license. It is designed for recent graduates and students who are close to finishing an undergraduate engineering degree. The FE is a computer-based exam that is administered year-round at NCEES-approved Pearson VUE test centers. The exam is offered in seven diciplines, including Civil and Other Diciplines. The FE exam underwent significant changes in 2014 and resources that predate these changes are not recomended.

3D Printing

3D Printing at the Library

The NDSU Libraries provide 3D printing as a drop-off service at the Main Library for NDSU students, staff, and faculty.  3D printing is an additive manufacturing process in which a three-dimensional object is built by laying down successive layers of thin material. If this is your first time 3D printing with NDSU Libraries, we highly recommend coming to the 3D printing desk in the Main Library during open hours. We also have an online submission feature available to returning customers. For more information, visit our website.
