Libraries Chosen For Express Delivery Program
April 8, 2021

NDSU Libraries have been selected as a participant in OCLC’s new Express digital delivery program! Launched in January, Express helps libraries provide requested articles to library users as fast as possible, leveraging the resources of more than 1,000 libraries now participating in the program.

NDSU Libraries were chosen because the interlibrary loan staff consistently delivers articles and other digital resources within 18 hours or less. Libraries selected for the Express program have demonstrated a commitment to service, are recognized as exemplary suppliers, and have consistently met or exceeded delivery expectations. Express is a cooperative program – libraries in the group receive fast resource sharing services.

Cate Kratochvil, Head of Access Services stated, “Our staff members continued working throughout the pandemic when many libraries shut down their library services. They went above and beyond, and it is encouraging to see their hard work is being recognized by OCLC through our selection in this program.”
