Pedagogical Composition : an exploration of global passive practices
(North Dakota State University, 2011) Johnson, Alec
The Industrial Revolution has played a dramatic role in shaping the behavior and the mindset of the American people. Innovations like electricity generation, iron production, and sheet glass production have forever changed the way that people view the built world. Well-known and widely practiced ideas centuries old have been set aside to make way for the innovations of the revolution. We have come far since the birth of the Industrial Revolution, but we have forgotten our past along the way. Thorough understanding of the past is crucial for the assurance of a balanced, successful future.
