Bureau of Land ManagementThe West-Central North Dakota Energy Development Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will address the environmental impacts expected to result from coal mining and power generation in the western North Dakota counties of Oliver, Mercer, Dunn, McLean, Stark, Morton, and Burleigh.
