As of July 15, 1948, the North Dakota all-commodity Farm Price Index continued to drop, due to a downward trend in grain prices, in spite of the fact that the farm price of a number of North Dakota farm commodities continued the upward swing, some to new record highs. The article goes on to try to explain the North Dakota agriculture market during this period. Two tables are included to illuminate pertinent data.
