Articleen_US
The author begins with a description for germicides. They move into how germicides were used on dairy farms, in milk processing and in milk products manufacturing plants. Some quaternary ammonium compounds are powerful germ killers in dilute solutions. They are specialized with regard to their germ killing powers against all types of germs. Given their specificity of effectiveness, it was advised that farmers understand their germicide's limitations well before using to better insure satisfory results. Rotation of disinfectants was recommended. Given the nebulus available information on quaternary ammonium compounds, this limited it's usage in the sanitation of food equipment.
