dc.descriptionThe article deals with the study of the usage of lacquers to study the migration pattern, longevity and life history of the Sawfly. Sawfiles were sprayed with an ultra-violet transparent lacquer solution and when the insects were placed under an ultra-violet light (blacklight) the specimens could be observed. The article studied the migration patterns of aphids using both water colors and transparent lacquers, also.
