dc.description | High rates of mortality of turkey livestock can put a producer of such out of business. This article presents a study of costs and returns from turkey production started in the spring of 1956. The information presented in this article is derived from 18 completed flock records out of the 46 being studied. A major problem which contributed to losses was poor livestock management. | |
