| dc.description | Until this time, cane molasses has been used extensively as a feed for dairy cows. However, there were many unanswered questions regarding this practice. This article attempts to answer some of these. Beet molasses was considered to be of equal value to cane molasses in the feeding of cattle. However, farmers were advised to not feed them too much as it has a laxative effect. | |
