dc.descriptionThe article discusses the usage of hydrated lime in soybean milk replacers. Previous trials indicated that this additive was ineffectual. This paper is a continuation of the inquiry on whether this additive is ineffective in the presence of soybeans. A trial on such is presented using a commercial milk replacer purchased from a local retailer. It was decided that this additive failed to prove productive.
