| dc.description | The Department of Animal Science at N.D.S.U. has been processing beef cattle production records sent in by NDBICA members since 1962. The charge is 20 cents per cow annually. A total of 296 different herds and 101,456 weaning weight records have been processed. In general, the average weaning weight of the calves whose weights were processed. has increased with time.
