Conference between participants representing the official water pollution control agencies of Minnesota, North Dakota, and the U.S. Dept. of the Interior. The purpose of the conference is to evaluate progress toward pollution control in the waters covered by the Conference in the matter of pollution of the interstate waters of the Red River of the North and its tributaries.
