dc.description | This article presents the findings of a mailed survey regarding leadership ability of young adults on several axis in towns of less than 2,500 people versus those of cities over 2,500 people in North Dakota. Rural, young adults saw themselves as highly competent in personal skills, maintaining relationships and being open to trying new ideas. However, young, urban ones were deemed by society as being more valuable contributors to the human race than those in rural settings. | |
