dc.descriptionThe average North Dakota farm land values rose about 40 per cent in calendar year 1974 or at about the same rate as in 1973. In just two years, average farm land values roughly doubled. The article reviewed a study that reported per acre values by areas of the state and examined characteristics of sale tracts, buyers and sellers.
