Report on experiments conducted using four differing twenty-five egg samples gathered in January and May of 1945 and 1946. The hens who laid the eggs were fed meal consisting of either 22%, 33%, or 43% protein supplement. The results showed that albumen quality is not influenced by either protein level in meal or the method of feeding the meals.
