Abstract
Description
The article is a breakdown of the various sections of the state of North Dakota and it's counties regarding agricultural lands valuation shifts that occurred from 1981-82. Various characteristics of farm land sale tracts sold in 1982 are given. Seller and buyer characteristics and land uses before and after sale are briefly covered. The author sets forth their predictions for the future in agricultural lands to conclude.
