dc.description | One of the most important phases of quality testing of grains is proper cleaning and grinding of the sample. This article discussed such process for barley. For cleaning, it was found that the handy Waring Blender provided the best solution. For grinding, it was decided that the best method for grinding was to run the whole kernel through the hammer mill. | |
