Abstract

Description

The article discusses land prices in North Dakota, which rose by a total of 31 % from 1963-68 or about 6 % per year. The advance in 1968 was less than in the previous years, which may indicate a slight softening of the demand for farmland. The various facets of the farm land market in the state is addressed.
