dc.descriptionThis is an evaluation of North Dakota State University Cooperative Extension Crop Management Short Course. This article gives background and overview of this program. The evolution of the course materials is cited. The difficulty in evaluating the curse and coursework is mentioned. The maintenance of credibility of the program is referenced. The article explains the protocols applied to the NDSU Extension Service. A mailed survey was the chosen method to collect data on the program. The utility of short course topics was discussed along with the financial impact of course sessions on farming operation, the adoption of course sponsored ideas and searches for the information after the extension course, the search for further information and changes in the information.
