America has long tried to revitalize cities spending billions of dollars on wasted programs or buildings that do not help solve the problem. The solution should target the root of the problem not just cover it up. This thesis aims at revitalizing American cities through the collaboration of communities and programs that help tie the community to its people in a positive way making cities once again great.en_US
