dc.description.abstractDuring his fourth State of the University Address President Joseph A. Chapman describes NDSU as a "campus on the move" that has progressed "beyond expectations." He focuses on the level of progress in three years on expanding programs and services to students, expanding efforts in the research arena and in graduate education to advance to the highest level in the Carnegie classification system, and moving ahead with the research and technology park.
