This represents a 14 per cent increase over 1975 study results. Estimated average values of crop and pastureland are reported by State Economic Areas. Characteristics of buyers, sellers, and of the tracts sold were examined. Farm expansion continued as the dominant force in the North Dakota farmland market in 1976.en
