Analysis of potato varieties (including Red Warba, Warba, Early Ohio, Triumph, Cobbler, Chippewa, Pontiac, Katahdin, Sebago, White Rose, Earlaine, MEsaba, Kasola, Pawnee) grown in North Dakota during 1945, comparing total acreage used, advantages/disadvantages in North Dakota climate, and the year released. 1945 proved to be a record year in North Dakota potato production, with over 23,660,000 bushels produced.
