dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study is to evaluate options for increasing the flow and resultant residual Red River of the North flood stage through the flood damage reduction area as an alternative environmental mitigation project to the proposed fish passages on the Red and Wild Rice River control structures. This study evaluates River Stages (RS) beyond the approximately RS 31 feet planned for in the Integrated Final Feasibility Report and the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FR/FEIS) dated July 2011. This plan is now known as the Federally Recommended Plan (FRP).	en_US
