dc.descriptionNorth Dakota was the principal producer of durum wheat in the U.S. The testing for milling and macaroni processing quality was performed in the laboratory at the Division of Cereal Grains and Diseases, Bureau of Plant Industry, Soils and Agricultural Engineering, U. S. Department of Agriculture. This experimental durum milling and macaroni processing equipment was described in this article.
