dc.descriptionThe article addresses which is best to feed heifers, whole or ground barley. The digestibility of barley was increased by dry rolling compared to feeding whole barley. The digestibility roughage are reduced when processed barley is included in forage containing rations. It was determined that processing barley gave benefit over the unprocessed.
