A survey was sent to 9,833 readers to determine their usage of the journal, their perceptions of the journal on difficulty in reading, to determine what type of articles they preferred, to identity readers of the journal who are not subscribers yet, to discover subscriber satisfaction and to find out if subscribers were satisfied with the format.
