dc.descriptionBoth cropland and pastureland values increased in 1969. Crop land values rose dramatically for the state as a whole and in the Red River Valley. Pasture land values increased most in the Southwest and Northwest areas and in the state average. An annual survey of North Dakota farm land market is detailed for this article. Respondents were asked to provide two types of data, estimates and sales data.How the sales were financed, The reasons that tracks were purchased was discussed and a projection for the future were given.
