A design methodology for a multi-band phase shifter using a metamaterial-based transmission line was developed. This method is different in that the loaded-line phase shifter has a phase shift of 90 degrees at the center frequencies of both bands instead of -90 degrees and -270 degrees. The method was validated using simulation and measured results.en_US
