dc.descriptionThe quality of a potato is dependent upon the varieties, the soil and dryland conditions under which potatoes are growm. These affect the flavour and gravity of a potato. The purpose of this writing is to address attempts to produce potatoes with a longer shelf life by reducing the sugar content of potatoes in cold storage. The potato of interest in this article is the ND860-2.
