dc.descriptionIn this article, a study is outlined. It was initiated to determine the effects of potash and phosphate fertilization on alfalfa production and it's economic profitability. The methods are presented. The results and discussion follow. The results of this study indicated that producers must test the soil and apply the potash and phosphate to maximize yields of aging alfalfa stands on irrigated course textured, sandy soils.
