Description
This is a discussion of ND261, a new line of corn, released in March 1987. This inbred hybrid appeared to be promising as a new source of talk lodging resistance for producing early maturing hybrids adapted for the climate of North Dakota. The article gives its’ breeding history, its’ agronomic description, its’ inbred performance and its’ hybrid performance.
