Students, faculty, and staff can continue to borrow and request materials from the NDSU Libraries through our pickup service and through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).

Physical items requested from the NDSU Libraries collection will be retrieved by Libraries staff members and can be picked up at the Main Library Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. NDSU Card is needed to enter the building. Please visit our How to Request an Item page for instructions on how to request an item for pickup.

For further details on Interlibrary Loan, visit our Borrow, Renew, Request Information page. Please note that physical items requested through ILL may not be available and wait times for requested materials may be longer than usual.

RENEW AND RETURN MATERIALS

For students, faculty, and staff, due dates of items owned by NDSU Libraries will be extended to the first day of fall semester, August 24, 2020. Interlibrary Loan materials are not subject to this extension. You can request a renewal through your ILLiad account or by contacting the Interlibrary Loan office at ndsu.library.ill@ndsu.edu.

To return items, please use our local book drops located at the Main Library, Memorial Union, and the Quentin Burdick Building. If you are unable to return materials in-person, you may return materials by USPS using this address:

NDSU Libraries
ATTN: Access Services
1201 Albrecht Boulevard
Dept #2080 PO Box 6050
Fargo, ND 58108-6050

If you send materials through the mail, please use sufficient packaging to reduce damage in transit.

Graduating students are encouraged to return materials as soon as possible. If you are a graduating student and experiencing financial hardship in returning your materials, contact ndsu.library@ndsu.edu for assistance.
